ABOUT Fred Victor

Fred Victor is a social service charitable organization that fosters long-lasting and positive change in the lives of homeless and low-income people living across Toronto.

Every day, more than 2,000 people use our programs and services. And each person who comes through our doors is experiencing poverty and/or homelessness. 

Gore Park lunch program

Saturdays 11:00 am - 1:00 pm STRACHAN AND FLEET STREET

Each Saturday volunteers from the local community assist the kitchen staff in serving lunch and washing dishes.


In addition to giving back to the community volunteers  interact with the guests of Fred Victor experiencing first hand the many different backgrounds of some of the most vulnerable in our community 

How To Volunteer

Simply enter your full name and email address on the date below you would like to volunteer for. More specific instructions and overview will be emailed to you.


If you would like to volunteer on a regular basis ( example - every Saturday, 2nd Saturday of every month etc.) please email Maya with your preference gorepark@projectcomfort.ca


Please remember that Project Comfort, Fred Victor and their guests are counting on you for this date. If you cannot make this date please let us know at the earliest.

Upon arrival all individuals will be required to sign the Fred Victor Group Volunteer Guidelines document 


To reduce sign in time you can review the document prior to the specific event.
