Socks 4 Souls February 9th 2020 11:45 am - 2:45 pm

Over the past year Project Comfort has partnered with Socks 4 Souls to provide over 4,000 socks to the shelters we support.


On February 8th we are going to receive another 1600 pairs of socks.


We need 4 volunteers to sort and package the donated socks. (205 Limestone Crescent , North York. Transportation is available.

Coldest Night of the Year Walk Feb 22 2020

For a second year Project Comfort will be supporting St Felix Centre's "Coldest Night of the Year Walk. "


In 2019 our volunteers raised the second largest total of all teams second only to St Felix Centre themsleves. 


With our reputation, and the reputation of our community members at stake, we need both walkers and individuals to donate to our team.

Coldest Night of the Year Volunteers

In support of  St Felix Centre and Project Comfort's team of walkers we need volunteers for a number of roles including such roles as registration, route marshalls, and kitchen volunteers.

Monthly Games Night-  Volunteers from Project Comfort hosts a games night at the local respites.


St Felix game nights are held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month and Gore Park game nights are held on the 3rd Thursdays of each month.  Game nights run from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.

Concord Adex Survivors Fund Gala Dinner - April 25th 2020 - Project Comfort's newest initiative is to provide interest free loans to survivors of human trafficking and domestic violence.

Through July, August and September Project Comfort will host a barbeque each month at the three shelters in the community.


We are seeking a champion (or organization/company) that will take the lead for one of these barbeques. 


Project Comfort will supply all the food and equipment needed for the bbq. You will organize the volunteers and pick the date you want to host the bbq.
